Overview: The work of this IDIQ contract shall take place on facilities that may be owned, leased or to be leased, or managed by the Port of Seattle, and also the Northwest Seaport Alliance which has been formed by the Ports of Seattle and Tacoma for the purpose of jointly managing the marine cargo terminals and related functions for both ports. General scope of work will pertain to development, use or redevelopment of cargo and cruise facilities, piers, marina facilities, and marine terminals. Tasks shall be assigned in project specific service directives.
Estimate: The PORT intends on issuing multiple Agreements as a result of this solicitation. It is intended that two (2) contracts will be awarded at $1,000,000 each, for the duration of the Agreement (this includes the initial period of performance plus the options to extend).
