Description: The Work includes building or facility restoration, remodel, reconfiguration, new work, demolition, temporary installations, mitigation of hazards and maintenance related work. Subcontractors may be used for specialty work. For each Work Authorization, the Contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary for the work. This contract does not include work for asbestos containing materials (ACM). Recycling of waste from the projects and use of recycled products is encouraged.
The contract will be awarded for an estimated amount not to exceed $300,000.00, which includes Washington State Sales Tax.
Pre-bid meeting: will be held October 20, 2022, at 11:00 am, via Microsoft Teams Meeting or Via telephone.
