Background: The Port of Seattle invites written proposals from qualified firms or organizations interested in managing the operations and maintenance of the Duwamish Valley Partnership and Field Office Building. This building will support a variety of initiatives including the Duwamish Valley Port Community Action Team’s plans to create a workforce development center and the Port’s maintenance of the Duwamish River Valley People’s Park and Shoreline Habitat site. The PORT invites written proposals from qualified firms, or teams of firms, interested in providing Building Management Services. The estimated fee for this Agreement will fall in the range of $25,000 and $49,900 for one year
