Description: There is a need for a consultant to train supervisors and to work closely with OEDI to develop other training materials and content. The work of this contract includes equity training for supervisors, implicit bias training that is open to all Port employees (including supervisors), and consultation with OEDI on developing a series of short training videos. The Port intends on issuing one (1) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of this solicitation. The initial period of performance of any contract resulting from this Solicitation is expected to be two (2) years.
