Description: It is the objective of this project to renovate and modernize the South Satellite (SSAT) with systematic improvements that address its’ structure, systems, architecture, retail and dining opportunities, and passenger amenities. Improvements to the facility will look to prioritize seismic upgrades, systems, and infrastructure replacement then capacity, operating efficiency, traveler comfort, and opportunities for airline tenant, retail, and dining development.
Program management and controls services to support timely execution of the S Gates Renewal Program and S Concourse Evolution Project. Responsibilities will include providing staffing support in project management, cost controls, scheduling, construction management, and field inspections, and an individual to serve as the airline technical representative (i.e., a liaison between the project team and the airline stakeholders who will report to a Port Director outside of the project delivery team reporting structure). Note that the CM and field inspection is anticipated during the design/pre-construction phase only.
