Port of Tacoma – Pier 3 Cranes Climate Control System Upgrade – 071813 – Due 02/01/23

Procurement Summary: This scope of work for each of the 4 cranes includes: A project manager to manage the day-to-day project activities. A control drawing package with floorplan locations, controller points, bill of materials & material submittal. Procurement, installation, and low voltage wiring for each crane (one Global controller with expandable Input/Output modules with Hand, Off, Auto Switches, two Space Temperature sensors for redundancy, to be used in averaging function, one Outside Air Temperature Sensor, one Connection to Network Switch, one Monitoring of PLC enable input). For each rooftop Air Handling Unit (3) per crane will need control of Existing AHUs and (1) Return Air Temperature Sensor. The system will also include Design Built Programming sequence & Configuration of DDC controllers, Point to point checkout of controllers, Startup & testing new control system installed As-Built drawing package, Web based graphics package.
Estimated Cost Range: Estimated cost range is $150,000 to $200,000, plus Washington State Sales Tax (WSST)
