Procurement Summary: Through this RFP the Port will consider proposals from all qualified agencies. Under the direction of Port Security the Contractor will perform supervision with management and regular detailed reporting of locations, site visits, trespassing, encampments, outreach service coordination, assessments, responses, monitoring, proactive measures, escorting and accompaniment, and other homeless response and property management related information. It is the intent of the Port that the Homeless Response Program be managed by such a group and that group may make recommendations to the Port for tasks to be fulfilled by other non-profit and citizen groups.
