Procurement Summary: The Work required for this Project includes: Providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for paving, general civil, and fencing, alterations, additions, and repairs when requested by the Engineer on Port of Tacoma property. The Port does not guarantee a certain amount of work. The work will be assigned by Task Orders; each Task Order will address the scope of work and time of completion, and shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents and Task Order provisions.
Estimated Cost Range: Not to Exceed (NTE) $3,000,000, plus Washington State Sales Tax (WSST)
