Summary: The Work required for this Project includes: Installation of a subslab depressurization piping system on all existing sumps to the exterior of the building walls, mounting piping to the roof structure and walls, installation of sump riser valves, instrumentation and installation of protection for the existing sumps.
Notes: Attendance is required at ONLY One (1) of the two mandatory pre-bids – April 27 or April 29.
Estimated Cost Range: Estimated cost range is $65,000 to $75,000, plus Washington State Sales Tax (WSST).
