Summary: The Work required for this Project includes: recovering of existing Hypalon membrane roofs with new polyvinyl chloride (PVC) membranes and installation of new bird deterrent systems.
Estimated Cost Range: Estimated cost range is $220,000 to $255,000, plus Washington State Sales Tax (WSST).
