Procurement Summary: The Port of Tacoma (Port) and The Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) are requesting proposals from one or more consultants interested in providing on-call grant writing/funding application and post-award grant support services in the following, but not limited to, subject areas: Transportation, Air & Water Quality, Energy, Remediation, Climate & Resiliency and Security & Emergency Management. This may include preparing an application in partnership with public and/or private partners or applying and providing post-award grant management support for a joint project, or on behalf of a partner.
