Project Scope: Proposals are requested from qualified Construction Managers/General Contractors for the provision of services related to the renovation and repair work for Alderwood, Floresta, Hunter’s Run, Powellhurst, Tillicum North and Tillicum South. Together, these six properties contain 114 housing units and serve primarily families.

Pre-Proposal Meeting: A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference and site tour will take place January 19, 2018, at 10:00 AM in the Community Room located at Floresta, 12608 SE Foster Rd. Portland, Oregon 97236.
