Overview: The Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) purpose is to solicit information on potential partnerships with public, private or non-profit entities to deliver the ST3 voter- approved 300-space parking garage at the Lake Forest Town Center station as part of the 145th and SR 522 Bus Rapid Transit project (BRT).
