Description of work: This phase of the project provides for the improvement of the SR 525 Mukilteo Ferry Terminal and vicinity by construction of a new waterside terminal building, a level 2 ferry passenger walk‐on access with a “Great Hall”, a single‐story maintenance/utility building, and a toll booth plaza.
