Description: WSDOT is interested in a business to business solution to create a Trucking Consortium Third Party Administrator (TC/TPA) to pool the resources of certified trucking companies and create a trucking rotation to include many OMWBE certified trucking companies in its pool. The(TC/TPA) will assist those qualified trucking firms to work on the various highway construction projects, affording the opportunity to compete against larger operations, while building the capacity of their business.
