Statement of Qualifications: Statements of Qualifications shall be limited to fifteen (15) pages and shall include the following information; key personnel; firm experience; familiarity with Lind and/or other similar size municipalities; experience with state and federal funding programs and regulatory agencies, and past performance/references. Six (6) copies of the Statement of Qualifications must be submitted.
