Description: The City of Seattle Department of Finance and Administrative (FAS), Capital Development Division (CD) seeks one consultant architect and engineer (A/E) team to provide professional design services for the new fire station to replace the aging Fire Station 31 currently located at 1319 N. Northgate Way. The Seattle Fire Department (SFD) needs a modern, state-of-the-art facility built to essential facility standards in this fast-growing neighborhood.
