Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 747 Market Street in the Tacoma Municipal Building in Room 243 at 11:00 a.m. on March 17, 2020, to answer questions regarding the Underutilized Disadvantage Businesses Enterprise (UDBE) requirements included in the contract. Prospective bidders are urged to attend.
Project Scope: This Contract provides for the improvement of the Yakima Avenue bridge deck by providing a modified concrete overlay; replacing concrete panels; upgrading curb ramps to current ADA standards; paving; striping removal and application; replacing guardrail; removing and relocating a luminaire pole; constructing new curb and gutter; and installing Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
