Project Scope: A modular building is needed at the Tacoma Fire Training Center, the preferable size is 24 x 60. The department needs to have the building on site and ready to use within 30 days of award. Due to the time constraints, the department is willing to look at accepting different size models, as long as the square footage is 1,200 to 1,500 sq ft and it is at least 24 ft. wide. The building will be hooked up to power, however that work will be completed by City Electricians. No pre-proposal meeting will be held.
