Project Scope: The project consists of a roof replacement to the Point Defiance Senior Center, located at 4716 N. Baltimore Street, Tacoma WA 98407. The scope of work includes a full tear off of entire roof and install of a new roof assembly system. Selected repairs to exterior wall materials, including rebuilding of parapet wall and removal and re-installation of existing roof mounted HVAC equipment.
