Project Scope: The City of Tacoma (City) / Tacoma Public Utilities (TPU), Tacoma Rail is soliciting bids to establish one or more contracts with qualified vendors to fulfill the City’s needs for spraying services to achieve effective vegetation eradication on approximately 84 miles of railroad track, including 14 bridges/trestles (approximately 2,000 feet), on an as-needed basis for an initial term of 24 months, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year periods.
Estimate: $302,000.00 (two year contract plus extensions)
