Project Scope: The City of Tacoma invites respondents to submit a proposal for consulting services for the preparation of a Climate Adaptation Strategy (CAS). The selected consultant, in collaboration with Environmental Services Department staff and the Steering Committee, shall develop a comprehensive climate adaptation strategy. This strategy will identify responsibilities and timelines for actionable tasks that will build resiliency in municipal operations and reduce climate change risks to the Tacoma community.
