Project Scope: City of Tacoma Community & Economic Department is seeking strategic partners to provide direct technical assistance to small and micro-businesses with an emphasis on the needs of BIPOC entrepreneurs, woman-owned companies, and small businesses located in Tacoma’s underserved, low-income areas as defined by the City of Tacoma’s Equity Index.
