Description of Work: Project consists of renovation of the existing 1910’s era timber framed Seattle Ship Supply Building at Fishermen’s Terminal. Renovation to be approximately 15,693 GSF of combined maritime related research and development space. The Maritime Innovation Center Project is located within the shoreline environment and is subject to urban maritime land use requirements. Project is designed to achieve International Living Futures Institute (ILFI) Living Building Challenge (LBC) certification.
Subcontractor/supplier opportunities include (but not limited to): abatement, hazardous soil remediation, piles, structure moving, earthwork, paving, utilities, landscaping, demolition, structural concrete, rough framing, structural steel, metals, waterproofing, roofing, joint sealants, doors, frames & hardware, glazing, curtain wall, interior finishes, painting, signage, HVAC, plumbing electrical, communications, fire alarm.
This project has prevailing wage rate requirements. This project has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA)
