Description: The Meet Me Room (MMR) project will establish a new secure connection point for the telecommunication entering and exiting Airport. This project will prepare the site by installing the underground structures required to connect to existing infrastructure, construct and install the building, construct the tray infrastructure within the building, install and connect the required utilities, install security fencing and finish landscaping. The building will house telecommunication connections that will be installed by a separate work effort. The Port, having been certified in accordance with RCW 39.10.270, has chosen to utilize the Design-Build procedure as the total project cost is over two million dollars and where the project will provide opportunity for greater innovation or efficiencies between the designer and the builder.
Estimate: $3.5M to $4.5M
A Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted on April 12, 2022 at 12:00 Noon.
