Description: In accordance with the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) Chapter 39.04.290 Building Engineering System the Port of Seattle (Port) is soliciting Proposals from firms, or teams of firms to design and construct the replacement of the existing RTU and terminal units throughout the building. HVAC Replacement includes adding a DOAS (Dedicated Outside Air System) to the new kitchen hood, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system for the kitchen area, new kitchen exhaust hood and exhaust fan for natural gas appliances and exhaust hood and fan for the dishwasher area.
