Scope of Work: The work required for this project includes providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for paving, general civil, fencing and rail modifications, alterations, additions, and repairs when requested by the Engineer on Port of Tacoma property. This is an on-call contract. The work will be assigned by Task Orders; each Task Order will address the scope of work and time of completion, and shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents and Task Order provisions. The Port does not guarantee a certain amount of work.
Bid Estimate: The Contract amount is Not to Exceed (NTE) $3,000,000, plus
Washington State Sales Tax (WSST).
