Scope of Work: The Work required for this Project includes: BLDG 900 Roof Replacement (6,800-SF): Asbestos abatement, removal of existing roof covering down to the structural deck and replacing it with new single ply Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO)
membrane, hardwood and timber construction, lighting replacement, installation of a bird deterrent system and other miscellaneous cleaning and repairs. BLDG 700 Roof Replacement (5,060-SF): Removal of existing roof covering down to the structural deck and replacing it with new single ply Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) membrane roof, concrete masonry unit stair repairs, installation of a bird deterrent system and other miscellaneous cleaning and repairs. GUARDHOUSE 975 (225-SF), 575 (500-SF) and 75 (325-SF) Roof Replacement: Removal of existing roofs covering down to the structural deck and replacing them with new single ply Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) membrane roofs. Installation of bird deterrent systems and other miscellaneous cleaning and repairs.
Bid Estimate: Estimated cost range is $690,000 to $760,000, plus Washington
State Sales Tax (WSST).
