Summary: The Work required for this Project includes: Complete demolition of the Truck Transfer Dock roof, roof support columns, concrete structure, concrete footings and miscellaneous appurtenances. Electrical work including disconnecting panel feeder and installing and extending circuit to Contractor furnished equipment rack and providing power to trash compactor. Providing and placing imported fill, base course and paving.
Estimated Cost Range: Estimated cost range is $140,000 to $160,000, plus Washington State Sales Tax (WSST).
