Absher Construction Company is working with UW Seattle on their Design Build North Campus Student Housing Phase IV(b) – Oak Hall and Lewis Grove project.

The project includes the construction of Oak Hall and related site work. The site is located off of East Stevens Way NE between Hutchinson Hall and Lewis Hall. Oak Hall is a LEED Gold targeted project including approximately 31 beds, study lounges, meeting rooms, a “great room” for 300 persons in a banquet setting, a District Market, and café. Landscape improvements surrounding the new building and the area behind Lewis Hall are also included.

Absher is working closely with the design team now on the construction documents and wants to identify early who is interested in bidding on the project.
