The project is to complete Madison Elementary School. The project consists of construction of one elementary school for the Mount Vernon School District and Lydig GC/CM.

Project Scope:  Contractor shall remove the existing interior coating from the floor, adjoining walls and interior piping (up to 4 feet height from the floor) using media blast, furnish and install a new interior two coat system on both Bismark and Fletcher Hts standpipes.

Pre-Proposal Meeting:  A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m Pacific Time, Wednesday, May 30, 2018, in Conference Room M-1 located on the main floor of the Tacoma Public Utilities Administration Building North. Project Scope: Removal of existing chillers, cooling towers, pumps and accessories; provide new chillers, ice storage, pumps, piping and accessories. Replace undersized hydronic mains with new. Work to include associated interior demolition, repairs to finishes, and associated bid alternates.

Project Scope:  Construction of new Artist Quarters (dressing rooms) at the east end of the building principally within an existing interior space currently occupied by a large storage/shop space, break room, concession spaces, restrooms and associated utility spaces. Provide VRF system, DOAS unit, exhaust fans, plumbing fixtures, ductwork and piping for Artists’ Quarters and supporting spaces. Finish improvements, remodel, of the administrative offices on the intermediate level at the west end of the building.
